On November 16^th 2000 author and educator Colin Thiele will be 80 years old.  The Eudunda Community – people of his “hometown” will be acknowledging his birthday with a Celebration from the 17^th – 19^th November from 10am to 5pm.  Colin Thiele has written over 100 books, one favourite being “Sun on the Stubble” depicting scenery and characters applicable to this area where he grew up.

The Eudunda Patchwork & Quilting group will be holding a Patchwork Display and Devonshire Tea in the local C.W.A. Rooms on Friday 17^th and Saturday 18^th, in conjunction with this event.

             Therefore, I offer a challenge - "My Colin Thiele"

• 18” (no bigger) Wall Hanging using fabric, any shape.

•  Wall Hanging can be appliquéd – pieced – embroidered – whatever!
